This is how you can ask for the data Nuva AI keeps about you to be deleted.

If you wrote to a business's WhatsApp

Write to the same WhatsApp number of the business asking for your data to be deleted. The business forwards the request to us and the Nuva AI team deletes your number, your conversations and your appointments with that business.

If you manage a business in Nuva AI

Ask the Nuva AI team that gave you access to close your business's account. Closing it deletes the business's account, settings, conversations and appointments.

What is deleted

The personal data, messages and appointments linked to the request. Messages already on your own phone cannot be deleted from Nuva AI.
